About

An international practice built around a small number of clients

Prime Estates advises on acquisitions, sales, lettings and development sales across Pakistan and Europe.

Our story

Founded to remove the noise from prime property

Prime Estates was formed by advisers who had worked on both sides of the same client relationship — a family buying in Lahore and investing in Europe, served by two firms that never spoke to each other.

We built a single practice to close that gap. Today we operate from seven offices, advising resident families, overseas Pakistanis, and European investors on property that is intended to be held.

Our work is deliberately limited in volume. Each instruction is taken by a director, priced on evidence, and marketed only once it is ready to be seen.

How we work

Four commitments we hold to

Evidence over enthusiasm

Pricing views are built from comparable transactions and current demand, then written down so you can interrogate them.

Discretion as default

Most of our instructions are placed privately before any public marketing begins.

One team, two regions

The same adviser follows you from Lahore to Lisbon, coordinating local specialists rather than handing you off.

Presentation matters

Architectural photography, floor plans and written narrative for every property we represent.
